Tenant Screening

After an initial phone interview, showings are scheduled with qualified candidates. All prospective tenants are required to complete our application with references and proof of income.

Maintenance

We provide skilled, prompt service for maintenance requests. Our maintenance staff can handle general repairs, painting, cleaning, small carpentry jobs and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.

Rent Collection

Tully Real Estate Solutions will collect tenants rent payments each month. We'll automize your payments and disburse earnings quickly to protect your cash flow. You will receive monthly reports.

Application Process

Tenant Law Knowledge:

We collect! If we have a tenant that has vacated or been evicted with damages owed, we will proceed with a small claims filing through the courts for collection.

Prompt Communicators

We are 24/7 management for emergencies with all other maintenance requests addressed quickly with as little disruption as possible to the tenant.
